Using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help manage your diabetes can be tremendously helpful. I’m still learning every day, but everything from food suggestions, management strategies, even analysis of your own personal data graphs can make ChatGPT seem like your own personal diabetes educator.

Exercise and Insulin Sensitivity
Exercise can really improve insulin sensitivity - which can make it easier to manage blood sugars, but is also something you should be aware of if you are experiencing low blood sugars while trying to eat meals after a workout. Here’s an example of what I did last night.
